There is a structured interaction process with both internal and external stakeholders. Communication and information sharing with stakeholders is carried out in different ways in order to improve education and research opportunities and administrative processes, and to train graduates who are preferred in their fields. Studies carried out in this context can be grouped on the basis of departments and deanery. The departments provide information sharing through face-to-face meetings with students, orientation meetings at the beginning of the semester, program evaluation surveys, and course evaluation surveys. In addition, the education commissions in the departments meet with students, graduates and employers and apply surveys to update the aims of the education programs and revise the education programs according to the needs. Furthermore, the departments and the administration of the deanery hold meetings with employers, R&D centers and professional chambers and the needs of the industry are determined. In the light of this information, the departments update their training programs and researchers are encouraged to relevant research topics and projects. Thus, our unit carries out university-industry cooperation in an efficient way.
