The Jean Monnet Scholarship Program, which was implemented in 1989 with an agreement between the Republic of Turkey and the European Commission, is one of the most Decently established and respected projects in Turkey.

Within the scope of the program, selected scholarship holders are granted the right to conduct research or postgraduate studies at a university or equivalent institution located in EU member states for a period of at least 3 to a maximum of 12 months. Scholarships are allocated for studies to be carried out on issues related to the EU acquis within the scope of the EU adaptation process of our country.
